You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON OPENED PIGMENTS/PRODUCTS NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ORDERS PAST 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
If your order is missing an item you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package. Customers waiting beyond this time frame will not qualify for reimbursement.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package to us. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
All customers must be licensed, permitted and meet the requirements in your state. You may be asked to present some documents when ordering. All products are for professional use only. We are not responsible for any misuse or lack of training.
