Shipping Policy

Please note that orders will generally take about 2-3 business days to process and it takes 2-5 business days in transit, depending on your location as we are located in Las Vegas, Nevada. **Due to Covid-19, we’re not able to control how soon or late shipping companies delivery schedule. 

All items once they leave our facility are no longer our responsibility unless it is due to our own negligence.

Local pick up is accepted. If you paid for shipping, we will refund shipping upon pickup of the orders. 

EXPEDITED ORDERS are with charge. Can only be shipped Monday thru Friday working business days. Expedited orders must be done by 12:00 pm...please have your order number ready so we can provide you with pricing quotes and call 702-885-9551 (Pacific Time) after order has been placed. 

Orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery.

Shipments are Monday-Friday only & not including holidays. Our store is closed Saturday and Sunday and all major holidays. 

Our business hours of operation is from 10 am - 5 pm (Pacific Time) Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
